I worked in a Hotel and sometimes we can't avoid bad customers, it's not necessarily a mean attitude which was our problem but this one guest we have is totally messy and he just made the room stinky and unpleasant to take good care, we heard he have been drinking and life is kinda messed-up so maybe he thought there's not that much meaning anymore. That's why at first we were wondering why is it he doesn't have his children or wife around him, we thought he have a drinking problem that's why he isn't with them.
Tomorrow my boss will try to tell him to move on and find his life away from our business because he cost us too much money just for the housekeeper to keep his room clean and great, I bet after he left us we have a huge job to be done.
